Information You provide to Us

Membership Account (premium)

When You choose to become a premium User of Our Services, You need to open a Member Account to join Our membership program.

Membership and premium features are mainly handled by Our https://premium.tooliphone.net sub-domain.

We use the third-party MemberSpace platform to manage everything related to Your membership and Member Account.

This includes the Member Account creation, signin in this Account, and anything related to managing this Account through a Memberspace « Account widget » they provide to Us and that We integrated into Our Service.

All personal information You provide to Us through Your membership Account are sent to, collected, stored and managed by the MemberSpace platform (see details below).

This includes everything You provide to Us through this Account (not exhaustive): name, email address, physical address, telephone number, billing information such as Your credit or debit card information, ...

Former membership Account (deprecated)

Before using MemberSpace as Our membership provider, We used to provide this feature using the third-party Buy Me a Coffee external platform.

During the membership migration phase, some members may still use this former membership system to access premium features on Our Services.

This includes the Member Account creation, signin in this Account, and anything related to managing this Account through the buymeacoffee.com external website.

All personal information You provide to them through Your membership Account are sent to, collected, stored and managed by the Buy Me a Coffee platform (see details below).

This includes everything You provide to Us through this Account (not exhaustive): name, email address, physical address, telephone number, billing information such as Your credit or debit card information, ...

This membership system is external to Our Services (it is not directly integrated to them as with MemberSpace).
We mention it here as We asked You to use it for former membership access, but it is not directly part of Our privacy policy.
However, if You choose to interact with this Service in order to get premium features on Our own Services, You may have read and accepted their privacy policies.

Theme creator Account (iSkin)

When You choose to create themes on iSkin, You need to open a theme creator Account on the iSkin Service.

This is a specific Account for this purpose, different than the membership Account, that We manage ourselves on Our https://iskin.tooliphone.net sub-domain.

All personal information You provide to Us through Your theme creator Account are collected by Us and stored in Our databases.

This includes everything You provide to Us through this Account (not exhaustive): email address, pseudonym / username, biography / description, profile picture, social links, ...

Please note that if You choose to publish some themes on the iSkin Service, these information will be also publicly displayed and accessible on Your theme creator page, including Your email address (used so that people can contact You to ask for support about Your published themes).

Custom themes (iSkin)

The iSkin Service allows You to create some themes with Your own custom icons.

All personal information You provide to Us through theme creator interfaces are collected by Us and stored in Our databases.

You can choose to keep a theme private for Your own usage, or make it public and accessible to everyone when You publish it.

When You choose to publish a theme on iSkin, You accept that the informations You provided in this theme will be publicly displayed and accessible to everyone.

This includes everything You provide to Us through theme creation (not exhaustive): theme name, description, links, application icons and other pictures (lockscreens / homescreen / screenshots / thumbnails), ...

While You don't need to provide personal information on Your themes, be aware that if You choose to provide some of them (for example on the theme description) they will be publicly accessible once the theme is published.

Interactions with Our Services

When You engage with Us on Our various social media platforms, or send Us any feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or interact with Us in any way, You provide Us with personal information including identifiers such as Your name and email address, as well as any other personal information You choose to include in such communications.

These information You provide to Us (through email, social media message, ...) will be used only to handle Your request (question, comment, feedback, ...) and will not be shared with third parties.

However, please note that if Your request concerns Your membership and We cannot handle it directly at Our level, We may send back some information about You to the MemberSpace support to handle Your request on their side.

Please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and We are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the personal information We have collected from You.

Please also keep in mind that this Service was created as a hobby and is still operated and maintained as a hobby by a single person during his free-time.

Membership Account (premium)

You can edit Your Member Account's information by yourself at any time, from Your Account itself (once logged in).

This includes editing Your Account information, like Your name, address or payment information.

However, You are not able to delete Your Member Account's by yourself. We are not able to directly do it on Your behalf either, but We can ask MemberSpace to do it.

If You want to delete Your MemberSpace Account, please contact Us, so We can transfer Your request to the MemberSpace support team.

MemberSpace Member Account deletion will be operated by MemberSpace, Our third-party membership provider, upon their own terms and privacy policies (learn more).

Theme creator Account (iSkin)

You can fully manage Your iSkin's theme creator Account by yourself at any time, from Your Account itself (once logged in).

This includes editing Your Account information, or completely delete Your Account and all related data.

If You encounter problems to manage Your Account, You can contact Us for support.

Custom themes (iSkin)

You can manage the custom themes You created using the iSkin Service by yourself at any time, from Your theme creator Account (once logged in).

This includes deleting or editing a theme, including its visibility (private or public).

If You encounter problems to manage Your themes, You can contact Us for support.

How long We keep Your information

When You delete or ask Us to delete Your personal information, We will do Our best to remove Your information as soon as technically possible, with some conditions.

Membership Account (premium)

MemberSpace Member Account deletion will be operated by MemberSpace, Our membership third-party provider.

Theme creator Account (iSkin)

When You delete Your iSkin's theme creator Account, all information You provided Us thought Your Account are immediately deleted from Our databases, including all related themes and icons You created.

All Your published themes and theme creator public pages will no longer be accessible on Our Service Website.

Please note that these pages may stay visible a longer time because of internet caches or indexed data by external services We can't control, like search engine crawlers.

Custom themes (iSkin)

When You delete an iSkin's theme, all information You provided Us thought this theme are immediately deleted from Our databases.

If Your theme was publicly published, the corresponding pages will no longer be accessible on Our Service Website.

Please note that these pages may stay visible a longer time because of internet caches or indexed data by external services We can't control, like search engine crawlers.

Interactions with Our Services

When You communicate with Us, for example by email for questions or support, We may retain reasonable records of those communications, even after You deleted Your accounts.

Logging & Security

When You delete Your information, We may retain reasonable records of those information on log files, for example for security or legal analysis purposes.

Log files storage policy: they will be kept on Our server for a minimum delay of 7 days and will be removed automatically after a maximum delay of 31 days.
